Project Date & Time

Please indicate the preferred date and time for the project. We are very flexible and able to accommodate most requests! If no preference, please provide a range of dates and/or times that the group is available. The Averill Club location is open for after-school programming Monday through Friday from 2-7 PM, and summer programming 9 AM-5 PM. The Bristol Rd. Club is open for after-school programming Monday through Friday from 2-6 PM, and summer programming 12-5 PM. (These are the times when kids are at the Clubs!)
