How to Donate In-Kind
Contact Us: Reach out to our team at (810) 249-3413 or rwilson@bgclubflint.org to discuss your potential donation and how it aligns with our current needs.
Donation Process: We'll work with you to arrange the pickup or drop-off of your donation and provide any necessary documentation for tax purposes.
Impact Recognition: We value and recognize our in-kind donors for their contributions. Your generosity may be acknowledged in our social media communications and annual reports.
Accepted in-kind donation items:
Clothing: shirts, coats, pants, shorts in youth & adult sizes (new or gently used)
Undergarments: underwear, socks, undershirts, sports bras in youth and adult sizes (new only, please)
Shoes: sneakers, sandals, slides/flip flops, cleats, & athletic shoes in youth & adult sizes
School/office supplies: folders, notebooks, pencils/pens, crayons, markers, highlighters, etc.
Art supplies: paint/brushes, canvas, beads, fabric, sketchbooks, etc.
Technology: laptops/computers, headphones, cameras, microphones, video game systems, etc.
Winter warmth supplies: coats, hats, gloves, scarves, boots, handwarmers, etc.
Hygiene supplies: lip balm, hand sanitizer, ethnic hair care products, body wash, lotion, deodorant, toothpaste, etc.
Snacks: Individually packaged snacks, candy, & beverages (please avoid peanut products when possible)
Sporting equipment: Balls, bats, gloves, jerseys, etc.
Video games (G, PG, or TV-14)
Books for children & young adults
Board games, toys, & puzzles
