The Blazin' Challenge is an annual fundraising event like no other! Hosted by Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Flint and Buffalo Wild Wings, participants race against the clock (and each other!) to eat 10 Carolina Reaper wings, the spiciest wings around, all while raising funds to support life-changing programs and provide essential resources for local youth.

Think you’ve got what it takes to face the Carolina Reaper? Register to compete in the Blazin’ Challenge by contacting Michél Valkoun, Director of Development, at (810) 249-0049 or mvalkoun@bgclubflint.org! Spots are limited, so snag yours before someone else claims the spice crown! 👑🐔
🔥 Step 2: Fundraise Like a Spice Champion
This challenge isn’t just about heat—it’s about heart and making a difference in our community! 🧡 You’ll have one month (beginning on February 19th) to turn up the heat and raise as much as possible for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Flint.
Every $200 raised earns you a spicy edge in the competition (think ranch, milk, or something even better!)
Aim for $1,000 or more to truly set the Club and your competitors on fire! 🔥

The more you fundraise, the better your chances to conquer the heat. For every $200 you raise, you’ll unlock a game-changing advantage to help you take on the fiery challenge.

Devour 10 Carolina Reaper wings (yep, BWW’s spiciest wings 🌶️) faster than anyone else. The first to finish earns the ultimate title of Chicken Wing King/Queen! 👑🐔

The 4th Annual Blazin' Challenge set fire on Wednesday, March 13th, 2024, and it was a BLAZIN' success! Huge congratulations to Nathan Carnell, who devoured 10 Carolina Reaper wings in just 94 seconds and was crowned our 2024 Chicken Wing King! And to Kassie Ross, our 2024 Fundraising Champion, who raised an astounding $1,320!
Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we raised an astounding $9,196 to fuel our Club's summer program! Every dollar from the Blazin' Challenge will provide Flint kids with unforgettable summer experiences and a safe, nurturing environment to learn and grow. These contributions will ensure our Club members have a summer brimming with joy, friendship, and endless opportunities.
