The Young Leaders Advisory Council (YLAC) is a young professionals association (ages 21-35) dedicated to supporting the mission of Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Flint. By extending their time, talents, and treasures, YLAC members help ensure that local youth have access to the opportunities they need to succeed. Through leadership, volunteerism, and advocacy, YLAC makes a lasting impact on the lives of children and teens in our community, while fostering personal and professional growth for our members.

YLAC Mission & Vision: The mission of the Young Leaders Advisory Council (YLAC) is to empower young professionals to support the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Flint through leadership, volunteerism, and philanthropy. YLAC is dedicated to raising awareness, engaging our community, and fostering meaningful connections to ensure that all youth in our community, especially those who need us most, have the resources and support they need to achieve great futures.
