Required trainings & Documents
Online Child Safety Training:
All volunteers and employees are required to complete an online child abuse prevention and mandated reporter training through Boys & Girls Clubs of America. This training must be completed once per year, and before beginning volunteer service with Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Flint.

Annual Background Check:
All volunteers and employees are required to undergo annual background checks. These checks include screening against the National Sex Offender Registry and other relevant databases.
Volunteer Code of Conduct:
All volunteers are expected to uphold the highest standards of integrity, respect, and safety while working with youth. This includes treating all individuals with kindness, following Club policies, and maintaining a safe environment.
